What is it?
On World Math Day, students play against each other in mental arithmetic games. Each game lasts for 60 seconds;
students can play as many games as they wish. The questions are appropriately leveled for different ages and abilities.
You can begin practice February 1st, 2009.
Points will not count until the official World Math Day begins on March 4th, 2009.
World Math Day begins for all countries around the world, as soon as it is March 4th, 2009
somewhere. That place will be New Zealand. So, as soon as it is 12:00 am, March 4th in
New Zealand, the event starts for everyone.
Our local time for World Math Day to start is:
Tuesday March 3rd, 2009 at 6:00 AM.
World Math Day runs for as long as it is March 4th somewhere in the world, so it runs for 48
